KlaraBo is a real estate company that acquires, builds, owns, and manages attractive housing. The company was founded in 2017 and operates nationwide. We are a long-term property owner managing approximately 7,400 apartments across the country with around 74 employees. KlaraBo is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

We are now looking for a dedicated temporary property technician for the summer season!

In the role of seasonal employee, you will be part of our management organization that performs operations and maintenance of our properties in Ronneby. You will work closely with the property technicians within the property portfolio.

Responsibilities

Examples of tasks include ongoing property maintenance, reporting issues, repairs, inspections, painting, clearing storage rooms, service, etc. You will contribute to maintaining our properties, areas, and tenants in the best possible way.

Who are you?

You are technically inclined and a problem solver with high engagement and energy. You are stress-resistant and have a strong sense of responsibility and order. You need to have good communication skills and be service-oriented, as the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who can work during the period of weeks 25-32, and it is a requirement that you can work the entire time. You will be driving as part of the job, so a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle is required.
